This month?s Shipmate Spotlight goes to Lauren Sobel, our Senior Event Coordinator at Entertainment Cruises Boston. Lauren handles the planning and execution of events on all three boats of Boston?s fleet. Lauren can make anything happen to make your big Wedding day on the Seaport Elite extraordinary, to turning the Odyssey into a night club for your corporate bash.
Leah Kasten, Boston?s Wedding account manager thinks, ?Lauren is one of the most hardworking people I have ever worked with. She is passionate and truly cares about her clients as well as her co-workers. She continuously goes above and beyond time and time again and has a very bright future ahead of herself.?
Nicole Zahoruiko our newest Event Coordinator also works closely with Lauren?s tells us that ?Lauren always the first to volunteer her time to help out someone else. Whether she has to stay late or come in early, she?s willing to do whatever it takes to make the client happy!?

I had just graduated from Endicott College with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management.

I operated a lemonade and ice tea stand every summer until I was in 6th grade.

I never owned a fish but I did have two pet turtles.
