Boating safety course offered : Outdoors & Recreation - Tampa Bay ...

DUNEDIN ? ?About Boating Safely,? a course offered by the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Dunedin Flotilla, will be taught Oct. 20-21, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Coast Guard Auxiliary classroom at Dunedin Marina, 51 Main St., second floor.

Register by Oct. 15 to receive course materials prior to the October class.

Classes also will be offered Nov. 17-18, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., with registration by Nov. 12 to receive the materials.

?About Boating Safely? is designed for both experienced and novice boaters. Some of the topics presented will be boating emergencies, know your boat, and getting underway.
